Cylindrostethus palmaris Drake & Harris, 1934

Cylindrostethus palmaris Drake & Harris, 1934: 222 (original description).

Identification. Our apterous specimens were identified based on the body color mostly yellow, with the lateral black stripes of the pronotum as wide as the central yellow stripe (Figs. 1D, F); the apex of abdominal sternum VII of the males emarginated medially (Fig. 1E); the basolateral processes of the male proctiger shorter than wide; and abdominal tergum VIII of the female with the apex acute (Figs. 1F–G) (Floriano et al. 2016b).

Discussion. This species was previously recorded in Rio Grande do Norte from Parnamirim municipality by Rodrigues et al. (2012).
