Limnogonus aduncus Drake & Harris, 1933b: 110 (original description).

Identification: Our specimens were identified based on the mesopleuron nearly black dorsally, with a pale stripe in the middle; and the males with a single curved spine-like protuberance on abdominal sternum VIII (Fig. 2C) (Nieser 1970; Nieser & Melo 1997).

Material examined. BRAZIL, Rio Grande do Norte: Parnamirim, Rio Pitimbu, Vale Encantado, 5°55’56.3”S, 35°10’47.3”W, 17-VII-2022, R . P. R. Canejo leg. (2♂ apterous, 1♂ macropterous CEAAVF).
