Limnogonus recurvus Drake & Harris, 1930: 236–237 (original description).
Identification. Our specimens were identified based on the dorsal part of the mesopleuron brown with a lighter stripe in the middle (Fig. 2I); and the males with a rounded gibbosity followed by a curved spine-like protuberance on abdominal sternum VIII (Fig. 2I) (Nieser 1970; Nieser & Melo 1997).
