Geographic & bathymetric distribution. Caribbean Sea and northeastern Atlantic, 2100–3731 m depth (Komai 2008; Poupin 2018).

Remarks. This species has been collected at Venezuela Basin, between 3411–3507 m (Gore 1985b; Komai 2008).
