Holotype, sex?, locality?, (MRAC); paratypes ♀; 3; 3 = ‘♀, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Northern Lake Kivu, Rwankwi (MNHN); paratypes 13 ♀, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Northern Lake Kivu, Rwankwi (lost). Holotype by original designation.

Remarks. Three paratypes in the MNHN were seen. The other type specimens mentioned by Risbec were not seen, although the holotype is in the MRAC (E. de Coninck pers. comm.) and the others are possibly there as well.
