Ypopteron new genus

Diagnosis. Tegmen of Ypopteron most easily separated from those of other Palaeorehniidae as in Table 1.

Type and only species. Y. nicola .

Etymology. The genus name refers to the Ypresian age, and – opteron, from the Greek -pteron (πτερόν), meaning wing. Gender, neuter.
