Saissetia neglecta De Lotto — Caribbean black scale

Occurs widely in tropical areas of the Americas, also recorded from Hong Kong (China) and parts of the Pacific; polyphagous feeding on plants in 35 families; a pest of citrus in Florida. Recorded from Saint Lucia by Malumphy (2012, on Annona muricata and A. squamosa).
