Adult (Fig. 4): Wingspan 22.0–23.5 mm.
Material examined. Yunnan Province: Menghai County, ix.1977 (1 Ƥ); Mengla County, 570 m, 13.viii.2005, Coll. Yingdang Ren (1 Ƥ).
Distribution. China (Yunnan), India, Nepal.
Diagnosis. This species is similar to T. guttella in the female genitalia, but can be distinguished by the lamella postvaginalis with a pair of sclerotized strips stretching outwardly (Fig. 9), which is composed of a pair of wide sclerotized pads in T. guttella . This species is also similar to T. antistatica superficially, and the differences between them are stated under T. antistatica .
This species is recorded for the first time from China.
