39- Tonnacypris lutaria (Koch, 1838)

Global distribution: NT, PA.

Argentinian distribution: Neuquén, Río Negro.

Ecology: This species was found in temporary and permanent environments, stagnant and flowing waters. It was recorded at altitudes between 829 and 1036 m a.s.l., with low water temperatures (7.1–9.73 ºC), neutral to alkaline waters (pH: 7.3–8.3), electrical conductivity ranging between 119 and 1079 μS/cm, and dissolved oxygen ranging from 4.7 to 12.3 mg /l.
