Specimen examined. Holotype: PHILIPPINES • ♁; Mindanao, Agusan Del Norte, Butuan City; coll. C.F. Baker; MNHN-EO-ENSIF6738

Remarks. The genitalia of the holotype is illustrated here, thereby strongly suggesting that Mistshenkoana ? gracilis (Chopard, 1925) sensu Gorochov (2007 [2006]) and sensu Tan et al. (2020b) from Mount Makiling and Paete (Luzon, Laguna) belong to a different species.
