Lycomorphon fulvohumeralis sp. n.

Holotype, male, COLOMBIA: ‘Hac.Pehlke E.Pehlke S.’ 1914 (MNHN).
Diagnosis. Body dark brown with humeral portions yellow. Eyes protuberant, elytra with 3 longitudinal costae, costa 3 entirely absent, Phallus almost straight, paramerae slightly shorter than half of phallus.
Redescription. Interocular distance 1.1 times longer than eye diameter. Antennomere 4 slightly longer than 3 and 5 (Fig. 15). Mandibles reduced, maxillary and labial palpi elongate, pointed, maxillary palpi tips slightly truncate. Pronotum trapezoidal, dark brown with lateral margins yellow, median longitudinal carina simple in anterior half, forming longitudinal groove posteriorly. Elytra elongate, dark brown with yellow humeri. Each elytron with 3 costae, costa 3 entirely absent, costa 1 shortened, missing apically, reticulate cells largely rectangular, regular. Abdominal sternum 8 triangularly emarginate distally. Sternum 9 elongate, rounded proximally and distally. Phallus straight dorsally, teary orifice in distal half. Paramerae slightly shorter than half of phallus length (Figs. 38–40). Body length: 6 mm, humeral width: 1.3 mm.
Etymology: the name refers to the elytral coloration, with humeral portions yellow.
Distribution: Colombia.
