Material examined: Bihar: VTR: Mangooraha, 17.x.2017, 01 ex. (Coll. Singh and Ahmad).
Diagnosis: The forewing is variegated brown with more distinctly transverse, diffuse bands, a small patch at base and in the middle of cell; hindwings are somewhat pale to medium rufous brown. Abdomen fuscous at tip.
Distribution: India, Bihar (present study); Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Indonesia (Sumatra, Java, Moluccas) (Kononenko & Pinratana, 2013).
