Aleuropteridis ficicola (Newstead, 1911)

DISTRIBUTION. Ivory Coast, Tanzania, [England, under glass].

HOST PLANTS. Oleandraceae: Oleandra articulata; Pteridaceae: Pteris togoensis, undetermined; Thelypteridaceae: Christella dentata .

COMMENTS. This African species was described from glasshouse material at Kew Gardens, England, as a separate species Aleuropteridis douglasi Mound (1961) before being recognised as a synonym of A. ficicola (Mound, 1965) .
