Diagnosis. Ovipositor sheath about as long as hind tibia, ovipositor thick, strongly down-curved and with an abrupt apical attenuation which about 2/3 length of hind basitarsus; pterostigma evenly dark; wings weakly brownish; first discal cell of fore wing not wider than high; horizontal surface of T1, at least on medio-basally, becoming polished and almost without sculpture; hind femur strongly darkened; and T2 smooth and unsculptured.

Distribution. Oriental [China (Guangdong: new record), India, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam].
Remarks. Features of the examined specimen mostly agree with earlier descriptions, except fore wing vein 2- SR+M is no longer than 1-SR (Fig. 2b).
