Description. Male. Body medium sized. Vertex of head divided into conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femora about 1.5 times as long as the pronotum, ventrally with 0–3 spines, internal genicular lobe with a small spine, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibia ventrally with 2 external and internal spurs. Mid femora with an elongate movable spur on the internal and genicular lobe, ventrally unarmed; mid tibiae ventrally with 2 external and 1 internal spur(s). Hind femur ventrally with 5–8 inter spines and without outer spines; hind tibiae dorsally with 38–56 outer and inner spines respectively, arranged in groups. Super internal spur of hind tibiae not exceeding the dorso-apical spine of metatarsus (Fig. 52). Hind metatarsus keeled beneath. Epiphallus of male genitalia rectangular (Figs. 53–54).

Female. Subgenital plate with hind margin projecting apically (Fig. 55). Ovipositor about halt the length of hind femur.

Coloration. Body light brown and lateral side with dark stripes. Face with 2–4 dark longitudinal stripes (Fig. 51). Legs yellowish with dark annular stripes.

Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂ 11.0–13.0, ♀ 12.0–17.0; pronotum ♂ 5.5–6.0, ♀ 6.0–7.5; fore femora ♂ 8.0–10.5, ♀ 9.5–11.5; hind femora ♂ 16.5–18.5, ♀ 17.0–19.0; ovipositor ♀ 13.0–15.0.

Distribution. China (Henan, Hebei, Beijing).

Diagnosis. This species is very similar to T. (T.) borealis (Cui et Liu, 2013) but differs from the latter in that: fore femora with 0–3 spines ventrally; epiphallus of male genitalia rectangular and with lower end notched.
