6. Tachycines (Tachycines) baiyunjianensis sp. nov.

(Figs. 14–18)

Description. Male. Body medium sized. Vertex of head divided into conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femora about 1.6 times as long as the pronotum, ventrally unarmed, internal genicular lobe with a small spine, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibiae ventrally with 2 external and 1 internal spur(s). Mid femora with an elongate movable spur on the internal and genicular lobe, ventrally unarmed; mid tibiae ventrally with 1 external and 1 internal spur. Hind femora ventrally with 2 inter spines and without outer spines; hind tibiae dorsally with 43–48 outer and inter spines respectively, arrange in groups. Super internal spur of hind tibiae almost at the position of the dorso-apical spine of hind metatarsus (Fig. 14). Hind metatarsus keeled ventrally. Epiphallus of male genitalia shaped as a hat, the lateral margin of upper end with projections, middle lobe with a distinctly long triangular spine (Figs. 15–16).

Female. Subgenital plate with a spine-like projection in the middle part of hind magin (Fig. 17). Ovipositor shorter than the half of hind femora.

Coloration. Body brown with light or dark stripes, tergum “feathered”, both sides with light stripes. Pronotum from frontal margin to middle part with 2 light thin lines. Face with 2 dark longitudinal stripes. Pronotum with dark steaks. Legs with black annular stripes.

Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂ 13.0–15.0, ♀ 12.5; pronotum ♂ 7.5–8.0, ♀ 8.5; fore femora ♂ 13.0, ♀ 12.0; hind femora ♂ 26.0–27.5, ♀ 27.0; ovipositor 10.0.

Material examined. Holotype, 1♂, Baiyunjian, Wangdongyang, Zhejiang, alt. 1100m, 2017. VII-9 ~10, collected by Wang Han-Qiang et al. ; paratype, 1♂ 1♀, same data as the holotype .

Distribution. China (Zhejiang).

Diagnosis. This species is rather similar to T. (T.) bilobatus sp. nov., but differs from the latter in that: epiphallus of male genitalia shaped as a hat, the lateral margin of upper end with projections, middle lobe with a distinctly long triangular spine (Figs. 15–16); female subgenital plate with a spine-like projection in the middle part of hind margin (Fig. 15).

Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the locality Baiyunjian, Zhejiang.
