Orbopyxidiella susannae Schödel, 2004

Record as epibiont on ostracods: It lives on the external surface of the shell of Cypria ophthalmica (Jurine, 1820) and prefers the region near its rim from a natural, eutrophic pond in a forest (“Hauptsmoorwald”) east of Bamberg, Northern Bavaria, Germany and also from Kreuzschuher Bach (Aurach, Regnitz, Main) west of Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany (Schödel 2004).

Remarks: Epibiont on freshwater ostracods.
