Hygrobates (Hygrobates) fluviatilis (Ström, 1768)

Records from Turkey: Erzurum Province (Oezkan 1982; Boyacı & Özkan 2007a); Kayseri Province (Özkan et al. 1996); Elazıġ Province (Erman & Özkan 2000; Erman et al. 2006b, 2008); Rize and Artvin Provinces (Pešić et al. 2007).

Habitat: Rhithrobiont; tolerant against organic pollution (Gerecke & Schwoerbel 1992a). Distribution: Europe, Asia Minor, Iran.
