Comment: Matschie (p. 74) listed the skin ZMB 13484 as [a part of] the holotype. However, according to catalog entry and skin label, ZMB 13484 is a male of the White-Headed Capuchin ( Cebus capucinus) from El Boquet, Prov. Chiriqui, Panama, collected by A. Boutet. A check of the skin confirms this information. The skin of the holotype of Cercopithecus ascanius kassaicus Matschie, 1912 could not be located.
