Material. One individual studied alive and whole-mounted.

Known distribution. Northern Atlantic: Norway (Karling 1947), Skagerrak (Karling 1952b). Description and remarks. The general organisation of the single collected individual corresponds well to Karling’s (1947) original description, although not all structures could be seen on the live specimen, which had ingested a nematode.
