T. coeruleipennis group

Large to very large species (13–22 mm), body black, elytra with bluish reflections, abdomen black at most with the tip reddish (Fig. 128). Head very densely punctate (Figs. 129, 153, 158), with interior ocular puncture situated far from inner margin of eye, ocular groove between interior ocular puncture and inner border of eye shallow, but in general distinct, transverse or slightly oblique, temples with two large setiferous postocular puncture, labrum slightly lobate (Figs. 143, 149, 154, 159).
