39. Scambophyllum sandakanae Hebard, 1922 (Fig. 21)

Material examined. 1 female (B7.15), Beluran (west of Sandakan), 25 May 1992, coll. FRC staff (OSF Specimen ID = 145440) .

Remarks. This species was described from Sandakan based on a male and female, and it appears that there was no published record of this species since (Cigliano et al., 2019). This species is recognized from Bornean congeners S. albomarginatum Hebard, 1922 and S. angustipenne Karny, 1926 by the strong angular concavity along the costal margin of tegmen (Hebard, 1922).
