Material examined: 1 female, INDIA, Arunachal Pradesh, Etalin vicinty, 700 m, 28°36.56N, 95°53.21E, 15- 25.5.2012, leg. O. Sausa (OLMG).

Diagnosis. This species can be distinguished from all other Oriental species of the genus by the following characters: entirely black body (Figs 30–34), lower mandibular tooth longer than upper one (Fig. 32), distinctly postfurcal 1 cu-a (Fig. 33), T1 with small basolateral flanges, 1.5 × as long as apically broad (Fig. 30). This species is similar to the Palaearctic species E. clauseni (Kerrich, 1962) and E. ussuriensis Kasparyan 1990, but differs by black coxae (Fig. 34)

Distribution: India (arunachal pradesh*, Himachal Pradesh).
