Type material. Holotype ♂ from CHINA: ‘ Yunnan fu’, leg. A. Pichon, 26 February 1925, repository unknown, probably MNHN, not examined as the type was not available for the present study.

Notes. Schenkel (1963) described this species from China. Marusik et al. (2020) recorded this species from India based on male and female specimens collected from Meghalaya.
