Distribution. Bhutan (Buchar 1997) and India: Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand (Marusik et al. 2020).

Notes. Buchar (1997) described this species from Bhutan. Marusik et al. (2020) recorded this species from India based on specimens collected from Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Uttarakhand. However, they were not sure about the conspecificity of their specimens with the types of T. dentichelis, even though they compared the specimens from India with the types. We could not find any significant differences between the material from Bhutan and those from India, thus confirming the occurrence of this species in India (compare Fig. 11A, C with Marusik et al. 2020: figs 2g –h, 4e).
