Scaphoideus nigrisignus Li, 1990

Scaphoideus nigrisignus Li, 1990: 468; Li et al., 2011: 231.

Body length (including tegmen): Male 5.1–6.5mm; Female 5.3–6.7mm.

Coloration and structure (Fig. 3 A, F, K) as in S. bilineus, but forewings with two reflexed cross veins between outer anteapical cell and costal margin, basal reflexed vein basad of outer anteapical cell (Figs. 3 F).

Male genitalia. Pygofer in lateral view aspect longer than broad, equal to 2 times height, dorsal margin straight and ventral margin convexly rounded, with two subapical tufts of long macrosetae in addition to scattered macrosetae on apical half. Subgental plate triangular, lateral margin straight, with two or three macrosetae ventrally at base, apical margin pointed, slight curved laterally. Style thin, preapical lobe developed, apical process elongate, tapered and curved laterally. Connective Y-shaped, stem very developed slight longer than arm, connective processes tapered and converged in dorsal view, curved dorsally in ventral view. Aedeagus U-shaped, with well developed dorsal apodeme, shaft with base robust and perpendicular to dorsal apodeme, then curved dorsally and tapered to apex, with a tooth at dorsal margin of apex; gonopore apical.
