Parerigone huangshanensis (Chao & Sun)
Parerigonesis huangshanensis Chao & Sun in Chao et al., 1990: 238. Holotype male (IZCAS). Type locality: China, Anhui, Huangshan (30.0°N 118.1°E).— Chao et al., 1998: 2170 (China).

Diagnosis. Medium-sized black flies with dense grayish yellow or grayish white pruinosity. Vertex 0.12–0.13 of head width; gena 0.35–0.36 of eye height, covered with black hairs; parafacial slightly more than 1st flagellomere width at mid-height, the latter 2.8–3 times as long as pedicel; pedicel with short black hairs; palpus reddish yellow; occiput with a row of black setulae behind of postocellar setae. Anatergite with fine hairs; thorax with black hairs; scutellum with 3 pairs of marginal setae; basicosta dark brown or black; legs black; mid tibia with 2 anterodorsal setae and without ventral seta; hind tibia with 2 preapical dorsal setae. Abdomen with black hairs, covered with yellowish or grayish pruinosity; syntergite 1+2 with 4 median marginal setae, median two weak; 3rd and 4th tergites with 2 pairs of median discal setae.
Type material examined. Holotype male, CHINA: Huangshan (30.0°N 118.1°E), Anhui, 3.vi.1987, X.K. Sun. Paratype. 1 female, same locality as holotype, 2.vi.1987, X.K. Sun (IZCAS).
Other material examined. CHINA: 1 male 2 females, Bailangshan Mountain, 600–1100 m, Jianchang Co., Liaoning, 25–26.vi.2010, C.T. Zhang leg (SYNU).
Distribution. China (Anhui, Liaoning*), Japan (Honshu). *Newly recorded.
