Specimens examined. Paratype: apterous viviparous female, INDIA: Kashmir (Harven), 14.v.1964, on Salix sp., coll. K. D. Verma (BMNH).

Distribution. India.

Host plant. Salix sp.

Biology. This species feeds on undersides of leaves of Salix, sitting tightly along the veins (Verma, 1967). The life cycle is unknown.
