Diagnostic characters: Greyish yellow, vertex obtusely curved with a variable medial transverse arched strip. Scutellum with dull brown basal triangles, sometimes absent and slightly granulated.
Distribution: India: Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. Elsewhere: Australia, China, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Iraq and Taiwan.
