Material examined: INDIA • 1♂ and 1♀ (3.5–4mm); Odisha, Ganjam, Tantapani; 19°30’11” N, 84°24’24” E; 24. V.2019; S Kushwaha and Party leg.; Regn. No.: H15- 10138, H15-10139.
Diagnostic characters: Vertex and pronotum shagreen with prominent two black spots on the head. Clypellus either without black spot or with black marking not occupying the entire area, Forewing light brown with yellowish costal margin. Length: 3.5–4mm.
Distribution: India: Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. Elsewhere: Sri Lanka.
Remarks: First record to the state.
