Material examined: INDIA • 2♂ (5–6mm), Odisha, Ganjam, Tantapani, 19°30’11” N, 84°24’24” E; 24.V.2019, S. Kushwaha and Party leg.; Regn. No.: H15-10196, H15- 10197 .
Diagnostic characters: Greenish-yellow, vertex with a transverse line just below the anterior margin between the eyes. Also, a blackish band at the apical edge of pronotum, tegmina with pitched stripe extending from middle to claval suture.
Distribution: India: Bihar, Punjab and West Bengal. Elsewhere: Australia, Africa, Bangladesh, China, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Sumatra, Thailand and Vietnam.
