Material examined. China: Zhejiang: 8♂♂ 13♀♀, Lin’an city, Qingliangfeng N.R., 800–1100m, 17–20. FIGURES 41–56. 41–48 Dianous rufidulus 49–56 D. rugosipennis 41 , 49 male sternite VIII 42, 50 female sternite VIII 43, 51 male tergites IX and X 44, 52 female tergites IX and X 45, 46, 53, 54 aedeagus 47, 55 male sternite IX 48, 56 valvifer. Scale bars = 0.25 mm.

Measurements. BL: 5.8–6.5 mm, FL: 2.9–3.2 mm. HW: 1.06–1.12 mm, PL: 0.88–0.98 mm, PW: 0.83–0.94 mm, EL: 1.31–1.44 mm, EW: 1.18–1.41 mm, SL: 1.14–1.28 mm. Head 0.77–0.91 times as wide as elytra; Pronotum 1.03–1.08 times as long as wide; Elytra 1.00–1.11 times as long as wide.

Distribution. China (Hong Kong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Hubei, Shaanxi). New to Zhejiang.

Remarks. The species can be usually collected with D. freyi from the same localities, and it differs from the latter by smaller and denser punctaion of head, legs blackish and metatarsomere IV simple.
