Ecuador:

• 00°41′S, 77°18′W; 400 m asl: Orellana Province, Loreto, moss. Pilato et al. (2002)

Remarks: This rare species, with a largely Palaearctic distribution (McInnes 1994a), can be confused with A. trinacariae (see Dastych 1988; Ramazzotti & Maucci 1983).
