• 07°07′N, 73°02′W; 1,795 m asl: Santander Department, El Diviso Natural Reserve, pine forest ( Pinus patula). Jerez & Narváez (2001)

Peru:

• 16°18′S, 71°25′W; 9,000 ft asl / 2,750 m asl: Arequipa Region, Arequipa, El Misti. Murray & Wailes (1913)

Record numbers: Bolivia: 1, Colombia: 1, Peru:1; total: 3.

Remarks: Originally described from Franz Josef Land (Murray 1907a) the original description is not sufficient to distinguish this species from a possible species complex (see Dastych 1991). Without re-description of type material the current distribution of this species is questionable.
