Distribution. Russia: Far East (southern part of Khabarovsky Krai).

Remarks. Originally described in Diplomaragna from the environs of Boitsovo, Khabarovsky Krai (Mikhaljova 1993), this species was transferred to the genus Maritimosoma (Mikhaljova 2000) . Later, gonopods were described more accurately using the type material (Mikhaljova 1997). The species is known only from its terra typica.
