Record on hydrachnid mites: Ramadan (2004) reported Vorticella sp. on adult mites Unionicola tetrafurcatus associated with mussel Caelatura aegyptiaca collected from a site on the eastern bank of the River Nile, north of Sohag University Campus, Egypt.
