Distribution. China (Neimenggu, Xinjiang). Europe, North Africa, Northwest Asia, Southwest Asia, Central Asia, Mongolia, East Asia.

Remarks. Identification was based on Rohdendorf (1971: 255‒256). Phrosinella nasuta is very similar to Phrosinella fedtshenkoi Rohdendorf, 1925 in external characters, and the separation of P. nasuta and P. fedtshenkoi needs further study based on material from across the range of both taxa. Phrosinella nasuta is a widespread Palaearctic species with a distribution apparently parapatric with that of P. fedtshenkoi, which is known from Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and India (Jammu and Kashmir) (Pape 1996).
