Munidopsidae

Munidopsidae are reported throughout the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean; we used specimens found in both of these water bodies (Fig. 11). Specimens of 38 of the 42 species of Munidopsidae reported from the Gulf of Mexico were examined (Table 4). Of these, 12 had sample sizes sufficient to warrant statistical analyses.
