Uroptychus jamaicensis Benedict, 1902

Uroptychus jamaicensis has been collected in both the Caribbean and off the northern coast of Cuba (Benedict 1902; Chace 1942; Baba et al. 2008). Only one female collected from 1115 m in the Caribbean (Fig. 2) was measured from this species (CW = 11.6 mm).
