Genus Australophialus, Tomlinson, 1969

Australophialus Tomlinson, 1969: 117 .

Diagnosis. Characterised by having four pairs of terminal cirri and one whip-like dorsal body process (Chan, Hsieh & Kolbasov, 2014).

Remarks. Globally, there are currently five species in this genus, two of which are found in South Africa (both endemic).
