Neoperla bicornuta Yang & Yang, 1995 . Acta Agric. Univ. Pekinensis. 21: 224. Type locality: Hainan Province, Jianfengling.

Diagnosis. Males of this species are characterized by tergum 7 having a subtrapezoidal process, the process with a pair of cornuted lobes laterally (see fig. 3 in Yang & Yang 1995).
