TYPE MATERIAL. — Holotype. Madagascar • 1 ♀; Diego Suarez, Nosii-bé Island; [13°20’S, 48°15’E]; I.1964, J. Rudloe leg.; BE_ RMCA_ARA. Ara.133045.

Paratype. Madagascar • 1 ♀; same data as for holotype; BE_RMCA_ ARA. Ara.133046 .

DISTRIBUTION. — Madagascar, Mayotte and the Seychelles.

REMARK The adult specimen appears partially dried, as specified by Benoit & Legendre (1968: 332). Under these conditions, we chose not to dissect the specimen to avoid further damage to the holotype.
