Material examined. INDIA: Himachal Pradesh; Bhaksunag, 1900 m, 25-v-2008, 1 male, 1 female, Pandher and Parey, deposited in NPC.

Adult male: Body color in alcohol fuscous, dorsum of head and thorax black, maxillary and labial palps pale yellow, wings hyaline yellow. Length from tip of head to apex of folded forewings about 7 mm; maxillary palps each 1.70 mm long; labial palps each about 0.75 mm long. Forewings each about 6.25 mm long; with fork I, petiole about half as long as fork I; discoidal cell about 2.5 times its width, prominent pterostigma present; hind wings each about 4.75 mm long, fork I present.

Diagnosis. This species is allied to Kisaura monospinata sp. nov. and K. sachensis sp. nov. due to a reduced segment IX (ring-like) and very small lateral spiniform processes of tergum X.

Distribution. PAKISTAN; INDIA: Himachal Pradesh.
