Zygethobius ecologus Chamberlin, 1938
Zygethobius ecologus Chamberlin 1938: 625; Mercurio 2010: 47
Described from a single specimen from Boyer, Oregon. Yellow-brown to chestnut, darker mid-dorsal stripe but perhaps not darker at head and tail; 10 – 11 mm long. Antennae with 24–28 articles, coxosternal teeth 3+3, pores “few in number (!) ”. Produced tergites: 6, 7, 9, 11, 13 (Chamberlin 1938). The antennomere count is low for this genus and along with the unspecified, but “few” coxal pores raises questions about the maturity of the type.
