Distribution in Brazil: AM, MT!

Biological aspects: Seven specimens have been collected on slow flowing areas or pools of 1st to 4th order streams influenced by pasture on the margins.

Comments: The species is herein recorded for the first time from areas of Cerrado on central-western Brazil (Fig. 6), being the first register since its description. Despite being very rarely collected, the modeling of distribution shows that this species might occur on a wide geographical range in Brazil, except for the South and areas northern to the Amazon River.
