Notes: — Ammannia desertorum (1918) was described based on Blatter and Hallberg’s collections from the Rajasthan desert, south of Jaisalmer and Jodhpur collected during 1917. Out of the seven specimens (numbers 3341–3347) that were gathered from various localities as detailed in the protologue, we were only able to locate two: 3341 (CAL) and 3347 (BLAT). Thus, in compliance with article 9.3 of the ICN (Turland et al. 2018), we here designate a specimen from Jaisalmer, Devikot, Blatter & Hallberg 3347 available at BLAT as lectotype.
