Associated phytophagous mites: Abacarus sp. and O. psidii on P. guajava .

Remarks: The measurements of 4 adult females collected are similar to those given in the original description. The measurements of a single male are: dorsal shield length 250, width 105, j3 13, j4 10, j5 10, j6 10, J2 13, J5 10, z2 10, z3 13, z4 13, z5 10, Z4 23, Z5 28, s4 15, s6 15, S5 13, R1 15, width of ventrianal shield 130 at anterior corners, length of shaft of spermadactyl 15. Almost all measurements are between 10 and 30 % smaller than those given in the original description.
