Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.5 mm. Head testaceous-reddish, except ocellar triangle brown; an- tenna testaceous-reddish; mesosoma testaceous-reddish, except mesopleuron, metapectal-propodeal disc, propodeal declivity (except testaceous apex) and sutures around mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum black; petiole black; metasoma testaceous-reddish; legs testaceous-reddish. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 14:7:32:20:17:10:8:7:6:9; ADOs in antennomeres 6–10. Head (Fig. 251E) shiny, reticulate rugose; frontal line incomplete, only present in front of anterior ocellus and reaching approximately 0.5 × length of frons; occipital carina incomplete, only present on sides of lateral ocelli; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; temple slightly promi- nent (Fig. 251E); POL = 3; OL = 2.5; OOL = 12. Pronotum crossed by transverse impression, with disc humped; anterior collar and disc slightly granulate and rugose, with many striae around disc; pronotal tubercles absent. Mesoscutum shiny, with median region reticulate rugose and lateral regions unsculptured. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum rugose. Metanotum short and rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two complete longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (18:8). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 22:3:10:20:33. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 251D) with one subapical tooth and one row of seven bristles. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 251D) with two rows of 27 lamellae; apex with at least 20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
