Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.4–5.0 mm. Head black, except mandible reddish; antenna totally brown, or with flagellomere 3, distal part of 2 and proximal part of 4 yellow; occasionally antenna brown, except ventral side of scape whitish; mesosoma black, occasionally with lateral regions of pronotum testaceous; metasoma brown-black; legs brown-reddish; occasionally legs brown, except tarsi testaceous (except brown last tarsomere of meso- and metalegs). Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 15:7:37:17:13:10:9:8:7:10. Head slightly excavated, with many longitudinal keels on frons, vertex and occiput; occipital carina absent; POL = 3; OL = 3; OOL = 13. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by transverse impression, dull, granulate and with many longitudinal striae on collar and disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Mesoscutum dull, as sculptured as pronotum, with many longitudinal keels. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum as sculptured as mesoscutum. Metanotum short, very reduced. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with or without two longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (13:10). Protrochanter approximately 4 × as long as broad. Protarsomere 1 longer than 4 (20:10). Enlarged claw (Fig. 248E) with one subapical tooth and 4–11 peg-like setae or bristles. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 248E) with two rows of 9–21 lamellae; apex with at least 20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
