Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.7 mm. Testaceous-reddish, except petiole and mesoscutellum black.An- tenna of holotype broken, with only antennomeres 1–5; antennomeres 1–5 in following proportions: 39:15:73:92:83. Head shiny, slightly reticulate rugose; occipital carina complete; POL = 14; OL = 6; OOL = 28; OPL = 7; TL = 10. Pronotum shiny, setose, crossed by transverse impression, slightly granulate, with slight transverse striae; posterior tubercle of pronotum reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, completely sculptured by numerous longitudinal keels. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. Mesoscutellum and metanotum punctate. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose. Forewing with one dark transverse band; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part; 2R1 cell closed; pterostigma brown-light. Hind wing with distal brown transverse band. Protarsomere 1 approximately as long as 4. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 158D) with two subapical teeth and one row of 32 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 158D) with two rows of approximately 43 lamellae; apex with approximately six lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
